📣 Important Notes for Parents Regarding Food and Snacks
To keep rehearsals running smoothly and to ensure fairness for all students, please review the following guidelines regarding food during rehearsal.
No Food Delivery Services
Food delivery services (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) are not permitted on campus. Please do not arrange deliveries to the school.
No Food Sent During Rehearsal
Please do not send food to rehearsal during practice hours. We do not have runners available to retrieve items, and students cannot leave rehearsal or the stage to collect food. This interrupts rehearsal and affects the entire cast.
Also, please refrain from giving any items to the security/officers to bring into the school. Pack your child's food/snacks/clothes and send them to rehearsal with your child.
No Communal Food or Group Deliveries
While we appreciate the generosity behind these gestures, please do not send communal food, shakes, smoothies, or group treats for students. These situations can unintentionally leave some students feeling excluded.
Snacks for Your Child Only
If your child would like a snack, please send it from home for your child only. Do not send snacks intended for groups of students.
Provided Food
To help support students during our long rehearsals:
• Pizza is provided on Sundays
• Beginning March 17, snacks will be provided during rehearsal
