Once registered, you will be added to the Davis LMS musical group(s).
The crew may work the auditions as stage managers. Please note the audition schedule located under forms.

What grades may be on the Crew?
- The crew is open to Mrs. Brown's Pioneers as Jr. Crew, and to all 6th-8th graders who serve in Sr. Crew positions.
- Crew attends Sunday rehearsals beginning in January for any duration of the scheduled rehearsal day. They can attend and work productively. These are OPTIONAL.
- The crew is encouraged to attend the first read-through in November, but this rehearsal is optional.
- The MS Crew should attend the December 3rd rehearsal.
- The JR. Crew (5th grade) and MS Crew must attend all rehearsals during tech week (including that Sunday) before the show's opening, plus the show performances (if on running crew) and strike.
- The crew may also attend weekly optional rehearsals as needed and are invited to help with stage management of auditions.
- ALL REHEARSALS ARE AT THE LOWER SCHOOL!
- Yes! There are no winter sports conflicts with the play, only a few rehearsals that overlap with Spring sports. Please read the information packet for more details or contact Ms. Kendrick.

What crew positions are needed?
- The running crew helps assist with all aspects of the show during performances, from curtain openings and closings to setting up the sets and scenes, handling props, getting characters into positions, assisting with special effects like fog machines, and more!
- During the rehearsals, help is needed organizing all costumes, props, and inventory and assisting with making costumes, getting sizes, writing downstage directions, running music, making prompt books, rehearsing, and more. Being a self-directed leader and a collaborative team member who takes direction well is a huge plus!
CREW SCHEDULE
- THE CREW may attend and stay for as long as Sunday rehearsal lasts.
- The crew must attend the March 13, 15, and rehearsals during tech week, the show performances (if on the running crew), and the strike.
- The tech through show/strike dates are March 17- March 24.
- Tech week is mandatory for ALL crew members.
